Jordon is a 911 operator. Her job is usually break in's or missing people that might have been spotted. But when she get's a call from a 15 year old girl who is cowering in her house, she knows she has to help her before it's too late. But Jordon is an unexperianced for these circumstances and her slight delay costs somebody her life. But now she has a second chance... Now she gets the call.
Casey has been abducted, and is now in the back of her abducters car. With her mobile running out of charge, Jordon has to work quickly, keeping in mind that one mistake is all it takes for Casey's life to be over.
With cassey's life on the line (literally), Jordon must forget her gory past and start a new... But something is just too familliar. And then it clicks. This will not be Jordons first encounter with this creepy killer.
